About Me

I live in Stockport with my husband
and our two daughters. We are a
home educating family and we
love the freedom this gives us to
follow our interests and passions -
and to have a lie in when we
want to!

At home, we share our lives with
three pets. We have two cats and
a silly spaniel called Reg.

I have supported young people
since the year 2000 when I
started working as a primary
school teacher. Since then, I also
qualified as a Forest School
Leader and delivered Forest
Schools sessions in lots of different places. I have loved
spending time outside in all
weathers and all seasons. Autumn
and spring are my favourites
because of all the cool changes in
nature.

I love to read, especially fantasy
books - because worlds where
animal shifters and magic exist
sound way cooler than the one I
live in!I like to be outside in the woods
or at the beach.I like to travel - my number one
wish is to own a camper van.I enjoy spending time with my
